Return policy

Overview

This policy applies to services, bookings, subscriptions and digital products contracted through the MOZG public presence and any related billing handled by CEREBRUM COMERCIO ELETRONICO LTDA.

Cancellations

• Requests made before work starts or before access is released can be reviewed for full cancellation.
• For custom services, cancellation considers the stage already executed and any costs already committed.

Refunds

• If cancellation happens before delivery, the refund may be full.
• If there has already been partial delivery, scheduling, setup or direct service consumption, the refund may be proportional.
• Review time is up to 5 business days after receiving the request.

Adjustments first

• For digital products, the first priority is to fix access, delivery, configuration or commercial alignment before issuing a refund.
• For services, support may propose rescheduling, scope adjustment or credit toward a new phase.
